Die Bedienung ist unschlagbar.. Jeder Gast wird freundlich begrüßt und es sofort wer da, der sich einem zuwendet, aber wirklich zuwendet! Sie nehmen sich Zeit für jeden, um das Konzept zu erklären, wenn gewünscht, gehen auf absolut jeden Wunsch ein und fragen, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit des Gastes ist. So einen Service erwartet man gar nicht und gibt es sonst auch nicht in Cafes in Graz. Der Kaffee ist unglaublich gut ohne Übertreibung, und genauso stylisch wie das gesamte Bueno. Die Süßspeisen sind alle frisch und werden jeden Tag selbst gemacht! Sie sehen sehr ansprechend aus und schmecken auch hervorragend! Der Peanutbutter-Cheesecake ist der beste, den ich je gegessen habe. Und nun glaubt man, bei all dem, was das Cafe Bueno zu bieten hat, sei auch der Preis dementsprechend. Aber nein Irrtum, es ist auch noch wirklich günstig :) Preis/Leistung absolut unschlagbar! I would even go so far as to say that the Bueno is an insider tip in Graz. The style is so trendy that you immediately get excited about the presentation. The service is unbeatable. Every guest is greeted in a friendly manner and someone is immediately there who turns to you, but really turns to you! They take time for everyone to explain the concept, if desired, respond to absolutely every request and ask whether everything is to the guest's satisfaction. You don't expect such a service and you don't get it in cafes in Graz. The coffee is amazingly good without exaggeration, and just as stylish as the entire Bueno. The desserts are all fresh and homemade every day! They look very appealing and taste great too! The peanut butter cheesecake is the best I've ever tasted. And now one believes that with everything that Cafe Bueno has to offer, the price is accordingly. But no mistake, it is also really cheap :) Price / performance absolutely unbeatable!
