Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal! Favorite place. Top wines, always news from Austria, Germany, Italy or France. Excellent snacks such as snack plates or tarte flambée. Very attentive and nice staff!

Das Vino ist ein gemütliches Weinlokal mit tollem Sortiment und sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommend Personal! Ich bin sehr gerne dort zu Besuch gewesen. Aber gestern schlug es dem Fass den Boden aus. Ich sass mit meiner Tochter an einem Tisch beim Fenster und mein Mantel rutschte zwischen Fenster und Bank auf den Boden. Da ich nicht aufstehen konnte, weil ich an der Wand saß, und der Chef gerade bei unserem Tisch stand, bat ich ihn, ob er mir den Mantel bitte aufheben könnte. Er hat in einer überheblich, prepotenten Art geantwortet, lass ihn doch liegen! Auch nach meiner zweiten Aufforderung, tat er nichts dergleichen. Ich bin selber im Handel tätig, sowas geht gar nicht... nicht als Unternehmer und auch nicht als Mann!!!! Ich finde dieses Verhalten unter jeder Kritik und werde dieses Lokal in nächster Zeit sicher nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen!!! I have to say in advance that I slept on it one night and waited for my anger to subside... The Vino is a cozy wine bar with a great range and very friendly and courteous staff! I really enjoyed visiting there. But yesterday it broke the bottom of the barrel. I was sitting with my daughter at a table by the window and my coat slipped onto the floor between the window and the bench. Since I couldn't get up because I was sitting against the wall and the boss was standing by our table, I asked him if he could please pick up my coat for me. He replied in an arrogant, prepotent way, leave him alone! Even after my second request, he did nothing of the sort. I'm in retail myself, that's not possible... not as an entrepreneur and not as a man!!!! I find this behavior below any criticism and will certainly not visit this restaurant again in the near future and will not recommend it to anyone!!!
