Cakes was fine, but do not expect too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t much open in Hallstatt when we visited for the day but stumbled upon this nice little bakery and had some nice pastries and great gingerbread! Not far from where the bus drops you off too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went yesterday and they said that will be open until 17:00. However, we arrived at 15:30, asked for a table and they said that was too late because they close at 17:00 but start cleaning at 15:30. Nonetheless, the coffee to go was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place two times during our visit to hallstatt. They checked our vaccination certificates and only then allowed us to dine in. It was crowded both times. We ordered fruit bread, cappuccino and latte macchiato along. With another sweet bread. The coffee tasted good. I particularly liked the fruit bread. The ambience is okay, but it was crowded both the times. I would recommend this place for a cup of coffee and when you need some snack. The staff were polite. There is also a rest room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had butter Croissant, cappuccino and some sweet dish. Everything was so fresh and tasty, cafe staff is so friendly and welcoming. Cafe owner guided us what places are there to visit in Hallstatt town. Must visit its very affordable and fresh. Ambience was lovely. Highly recommended.
