Dabei sind wir auf Ihr Grundstück gestoßen, welches uns sehr gefällt....“ Sehr geehrte Immobilentreuhand GmbH, mir ist bewusst, dass jeder Hinz und Kunz Einsicht in ein Grundbuch hat und danach Teamspaziergänge veranstalten kann. Dreist finde ich allerdings, Namen und Adresse für eine derart plumpe Liegenschaftsakquise zu nutzen, die Daten als generellen, rechtssicheren Freibrief anzusehen. Letztendlich ist es eine Art von Stalking! Schon aus Höflichkeitsgründen sollten Briefe dann wenigstens mit einer Unterschrift versehen sein, die auch leserlich ist –dies nur am Rande. Ich möchte mich nun mit Ihnen abstimmen, ich möchte in Zukunft auf solche Schreiben und auf die Verwendung, Verwertung meines Namens und der Adresse gänzlich verzichten Today we received a letter with the text: “In the course of our team walks, we always use the opportunity to come to an agreement and to find possible objects for purchase.
