Während meine Mäntel neu aufgezogen wurden (super spontan und schnell), hat Heinz festgestellt, dass das Radlager am Vorderrad getauscht werden muss. Hat mich informiert, gleichzeitig schon mal das Ersatzteil bestellt und wieder super schnell getauscht. Vielen Dank für das schnelle und zuverlässige Service!

While my coats were being put on again (super spontaneous and fast), Heinz realized that the wheel bearing on the front wheel had to be replaced. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heinz betreut meine Räder seit Jahren und hat für jedes Problem immer eine Lösung. Er empfiehlt alles nur, wenn es Sinn macht und die Beratung läuft auch mal auf eine billige Lösungen raus. Ich fühl mich rundum gut betreut und kann Heinz nur jedem empfehlen.
Er nimmt sich für jeden Auftrag Zeit, arbeitet sauber und konsequent daran und lässt sicher nicht locker, bis alles wirklich passt.
Heinz has been looking after my bikes for years and always has a solution for every problem. He only recommends everything if it makes sense and the advice sometimes comes down to cheap solutions. I feel well looked after and can only recommend Heinz to everyone.
He takes the time for each job, works cleanly and consistently on it and is sure not to give up until everything really fits.
