G	Günter Schmutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte Ihnen hiermit eine Kundenrezension geben, wie man sich als Kunde bei Ihnen fühlt! Abfolge: Anruf für die Bestellung von 3 Wasserenthärtungsanlage und einer Magnesium Trinkwasserversorgung. Termin ausgemacht. 15min vor dem Termin wird abgesagt. Neuer Termin mit neuem "Verkäufer", Selbiger erklärt total uninteressant, er beratet nur, kaufen muß ich beim Installateur. (Fühle mich verarsch....) Sage Ihm meinen Installateur. Nichts passiert. 2Monate später, frage ich bei meibem Installateur nach. Er fragt an. Es wird die Magnesiumanlage geliefert. Installateur bereitet alles für Enthärtungsanlage vor. Entkalkung nicht lieferbar. Weitere 2 Monate später, frage ich wieder Installateur. Er fragt an, Enthärtung wird geliefert. Aber nicht aufgestellt. Ich frage bei Installateur, er sagt, macht BWT. 1Monat(!) später. Anruf von BWT, er möchte Termin zur Installation. Ich sage Ihm wir sind eine Firma, er kann gerne jederzeit in den Öffnungszeiten kommen. 2 Wochen später Anruf, er steht (außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten) vor der Tür, niemand da... 1 Woche später, er kommt stellt das Gerät auf. (Siehe Foto) Macht keine Inbetriebnahme und verweist auf den Installateur.... (Es gibt auch keine Betriebsanleitung.) Er hätte noch sagen können, LmaA Nie mehr wieder!!! I would like to give you a customer review, how it feels as a customer with you! Sequence: Call to order 3 water softeners and a magnesium drinking water supply. Appointment made. 15 minutes before the appointment is canceled. New appointment with new "seller", The same explains totally uninteresting, he only advises, I have to buy from the installer. (Feeling fooled ...) Tell him my installer. Nothing happens. 2 months later, I ask my installer about it. He asks. The magnesium plant is delivered. Installer prepares everything for the water softener. Decalcification not available. Another 2 months later, I ask the installer again. He asks, softening is delivered. But not set up. I ask the installer, he says, does BWT. 1 month (!) Later. Call from BWT, he would like an appointment for the installation. I tell him we are a company, he can come at any time during opening hours. 2 weeks later Call, he's standing in front of the door (outside of opening hours), no one there ... 1 week later, he comes and puts the device on. (See photo) Does not start up and refers to the installer .... (There is also no operating manual.) He could have said LmaA Never again!!!
