★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns vom Lamm die Beinscheibe und die Kotelett gegönnt. Ein Traum. Das Fleisch zerfiel auf der Zunge. Dann noch 2 T-Bone dry-age am Grill. Was soll ich sagen, super zart, super saftig, super Fleischgeschmack. Top Qualität. Top Preis. Ich komme wieder.
We treated ourselves to the leg slice and the chop of the lamb. A dream. The flesh fell apart on the tongue. Then 2 T-Bone dry-ages on the grill. What can I say, super tender, super juicy, super meat taste. Top quality. Top price. I'll be back.
