★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Honigschinken und Bauchfleisch gekauft, Schinken sehr gut, Bauchfleisch war nach Zubereitung wunderbar. Hat von allem etwas, bis jetzt wurde ich noch nie enttäuscht was Qualität und Geschmack angeht. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Bought honey ham and belly meat, ham very good, belly meat was wonderful after preparation. Has a bit of everything, until now I've never been disappointed in terms of quality and taste. We recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im vorigen Jahr hatten wir Spanferkel für eine Feier ,es war gut ,aber die Schwarten waren leider nicht knusprig. Trotzdem wollten wir für heuer wieder bestellen dieses Mal für vor Ort mit dem Spanferkelwagen . Wir waren im Geschäft zur Bestellung, wo wir nicht sehr höflich darauf hingewiesen wurden per E-mail zu bestellen ,das wir natürlich machten ,doch wir warten immer noch auf Antwort ! Für mich hat es sich erledigt ,wir sind nicht angewiesen auf dieses Geschäft . Schade !
Last year we had suckling pig for a party, it was good, but unfortunately the rind was not crispy. Nevertheless, we wanted to order again for this year, this time for on site with the suckling pig wagon. Went to the shop to order where we were not very politely advised to order by email which of course we did but we are still awaiting a response! It's done for me, we don't depend on this business. Pity !
