A	Alexander Hoppenrath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut für spontane Übernachtungen. Jedoch niedriger Standard. Die Zimmer sind klein und hellhörig. Das Internet für ein „Business Hotel“ und die Bezeichnung „high speed Internet“ lächerlich. Mit 2 Mbps download kann ich leider nicht arbeiten. Das Frühstück war für 15€ sehr sehr dürftig. Der Bach ist zwar laut, hat mich persönlich aber nicht gestört. Good for spontaneous overnight stays. However, low standard. The rooms are small and noisy. The Internet for a “business hotel” and the term “high speed Internet” are ridiculous. Unfortunately I cannot work with 2 Mbps download. The breakfast was very, very poor for 15 €. The stream is loud, but it didn't bother me personally.

(Nicht mein Fall) Zweckmäßige Austattung der Zimmer, sauber, jedoch Flussseitig sehr laut durch das fließende Wasser. ( das wird man dem Bach aber nicht verbieten können). Ausreichendes Frühstück. Parkplätze vorhanden. Eine Empfehlung für Geschäftsreisende, die abseits der Arbeit Kontaktscheu sind. Wie die wachsende Anzahl an Hotels dieser Art beweist, sind es einige. Business hotel in a central location, with automatic check in. (Not my case) Convenient facilities of the rooms, clean, but the river side very noisy by the running water. (but you will not be able to forbid this to the stream). Adequate breakfast. Parking lots available. A recommendation for business travelers who are out of the office shy of contact. As the growing number of hotels of this kind proves, there are some.
M	Martin H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anreise: Keycard, kostenloses Parkticket und Rechnung kommen aus dem Automaten. Unkompliziert und reibungslos. Genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Zimmer: Sauber, ausreichend groß mit Blick auf einen Wildbach. Gute und wertige Schlafpolster (Kissen und Decke) , bequemes Bett mit prima Schlafkomfort. Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht und bekam dieses auch :) Frühstück: Vielseitig, guter Kaffee. Leider kein frisches Rührei oder dergleichen. Ansonsten reichhaltige Auswahl. Personal: Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. So geht Kunden- bzw. Gästeservice. Fazit: Hier hat Alles gepasst und gestimmt - Jederzeit gerne wieder. Preis-Leistung Sehr Gut! Arrival: Keycard, free parking ticket and bill come from the machine. Uncomplicated and smooth. There is enough parking space. Room: clean, big enough with a view of a torrent. Good and quality sleeping pads (pillows and blankets), comfortable bed with great sleeping comfort. I wanted a quiet room and got this too :) Breakfast: varied, good coffee. Unfortunately no fresh scrambled eggs or the like. Otherwise extensive selection. Staff: Very friendly, courteous and helpful. This is how customer and guest service works. Conclusion: Everything was perfect here - gladly again at any time. Price / offer: Very good!
J	Julia M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten gegenüber eine Hochzeit und mussten aufgrund des Parkplatzmangels auf den Parkflächen von diesem Hotel parken (mehr als genügend Parkplätze waren vorhanden und frei). Der Parkscheinautomat nahm nur Münzen, also weder Karten- noch Handyzahlung (im Jahr 2020 und in Zeiten von Covid). Uns war also klar, dass wir eine Strafe bekommen würden. Aber dass diese Strafe gleich € 100,00 kostet, mit dem hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Wir haben gleich nach der ca. 45 minütigen Hochzeit als wir den Strafzettel sahen die Buchhaltung des Hotels kontaktiert, welche uns dann die Strafe auf € 50,00 reduzierte wenn wir innerhalb von 5 Tagen einzahlen. Weiteres muss ich dazu sagen, dass das Schild an diesem Tag im Gebüsch versinkte sodass man meinte man parkt auf einer Parkfläche der Stadt. Wir empfanden diese Strafe als reine Abzocke. Auf dem Zahlschein steht noch "Ersatzgebühr". Also für eine knappe Stunde € 100,00 bzw. €50,00 zu kassieren ist eine absolute Frechheit und wir bzw. die ganze Familie wird bestimmt nie in diesem Hotel übernachten. We were having a wedding across the street and had to park in the parking areas of this hotel due to the lack of parking space (more than enough parking spaces were available and free). The parking ticket machine only took coins, so neither card nor mobile phone payments (in 2020 and in times of Covid). So it was clear to us that we would be punished. But we hadn't expected that this fine would cost € 100.00. Immediately after the 45 minute wedding when we saw the ticket, we contacted the hotel's accounting department, which then reduced the fine to € 50.00 if we paid within 5 days. I also have to say that the sign sank into the bushes that day so that you thought you were parked in a city park. We found this punishment to be a rip-off. "Replacement fee" is still on the payment slip. So to collect € 100.00 or € 50.00 for just under an hour is an absolute cheek and we or the whole family will certainly never stay in this hotel.

K	Kiki von Dugong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean, calm hotel. Check in with automat was super easy and worked like a charm. The creek next to the hotel was so nice, we slept like babies. Parking was very close, WiFi working good and breakfast was delicious. Will come back.
