Schade das sie nur 2 Monate im Jahr offen haben. Super great wine tavern with a great view and a very good snack. Would be great if there would be a pastry. Very friendly staff. It's a shame that they are only open 2 months a year.

Positiv: Der Platz selber ist echt toll, unter Nussbaum, neben Sträuchern, Blickrichtung Wald oder von der Terasse hinunter ins Tal schauend. Negativ: die Preise sind zwar eher gleich geblieben, dafür die Portionen geschrumpft! Ein belegtes oder bestrichenes Brot ist nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Heurigen, wo man "du meine Güte" sagt. Hier eher "hm, ich hätte mir mehr erwartet". Die Jausenbretter sind neu und wohl der neuen Größe der neuen Brote angepasst, sodass es wohl nicht auffallen soll? Die Brote schmecken auch nicht mehr wie die typischen Heurigenbrote. Ganz negativ: bestrichene Brote (Liptauer, Streichwurst) sind derart dünn bestrichen, dass es schon eine Kunst ist, ein Brot so sparsam dünn zu bestreichen. Die Garnierung solcher Brote fällt überdies komplett durch! Kleiner kann z.B. ein Gurkerl nicht mehr sein! Also ich finde, das hat mit dem großzügigen Heurigenessen nix mehr zu tun. Unfortunately my first negative review. Positive: The place itself is really great, under walnut, next to bushes, looking towards the forest or from the terrace looking down into the valley. Negative: the prices have stayed the same, but the portions have shrunk! A sandwich with a spread or spread is not comparable to other Heuriger taverns where you say "my goodness". Here rather "hm, I would have expected more". The snack boards are new and probably adapted to the new size of the new bread, so that it shouldn't be noticed? The breads no longer taste like typical Heurigen breads. Quite negative: coated breads (Liptauer, spreadable sausage) are coated so thinly that it is an art to spread thinly on bread so sparingly. The topping of such bread also falls through completely! A cucumber, for example, can't be any smaller! So I think that has nothing to do with the generous Heurigenessen.

Beautifully located, great view and with excellent and tasty "Brettljausen". The wines are all okay. Very friendly service.
