Früher hatte ich das Problem, dass ich nicht genau wusste, wo ich welche Papiere ablegen sollte - Fragen wie: "Behalten, oder doch wegwerfen?", "Gehört das jetzt zu den privaten oder geschäftlichen Papieren, wenn es sich doch irgendwie überschneidet...","Wo habe ich das nun schon wieder einsortiert?"... haben mich beschäftigt und auch manchmal frustriert. Durch das Büro-Organisations-Coaching durch Gabriele Amann weiß ich nun welche Ordner Sinn machen und auch für später wichtig sind, wie z.B. einen Pensionsordner, sodass wenn es in einigen Jahrzehnten soweit ist, ich die nötigen Papiere gleich zur Hand habe! Durch dieses System habe ich meine Papiere und Ordner nun deutlich organisierter sortiert. Ich bin sehr froh, dies mit Gabriele gemacht zu haben, denn ist einmal ein System eingeführt, ist es in Zukunft ganz einfach Papiere abzulegen! Nun habe ich Ordnung und System in den geschäftlichen sowie privaten Ordnern und es ist ganz einfach Papiere wieder zu finden! Das Coaching hat nur ca 1h gedauert und nun habe ich ein langfristig organisiertes System! super!

Thanks to Gabriele Amann's office organization coaching, I now know which folders make sense and are also important for later, such as a pension folder, so that when the time comes in a few decades, I will have the necessary papers at hand! With this system, I have now sorted my papers and folders in a much more organized manner. I am very happy to have done this with Gabriele, because once a system has been introduced, it will be very easy to file papers in the future! Now I have order and system in my business and private folders and it is very easy to find papers again! The coaching only lasted about 1 hour and now I have a long-term organized system! Excellent!
