D	Dieter Michels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Keine lange Wartezeiten. Ich wurde am Tag vorher angerufen damit ich den Termin nicht verpasse, super. Auch wurde ich darauf hingewiesen welche Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu beachten sind wegen corona. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich verstehe die Bewertungen der anderen Kunden überhaupt nicht. Kompliment an das ganze Team des Konsulat Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dieter Michels Very friendly and helpful staff. No long waiting times. I was called the day before so I wouldn't miss the appointment, great. I was also advised which precautionary measures have to be observed because of corona. All in all a pleasant stay. Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon den Hinweis bekommen, dass wir alle relevanten Unterlagen auf der Webseite der Botschaft zu finden sind und so hat dann der eigentliche Termin nur 15 Minuten gedauert. Vielen Dank dem freundlichen Team! We have only had good experiences with the consulate. There are no long long waiting times and the communication was very friendly and competent. We were told in advance that we can find all the relevant documents on the embassy website and so the actual appointment only lasted 15 minutes. Many thanks to the friendly team!

The lady is not only very attractive, but also extremely professional, friendly, helpful and very competent... you rarely experience this combination!

Die sehr freundliche Dame hat mich bei meinem Problem extrem hilfreich unterstützt, sowas ist nicht unbedingt üblich heutzutage. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank. Absolut empfehlenswert. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the courteous service on site. The very friendly lady gave me extremely helpful support with my problem, which is not necessarily the norm these days. At this point, thank you again. Highly Recommended.
S	Steven Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nichts schlechtes sagen! Termin habe ich 2 Wochen vorher bekommen, am besten Freitag am Vormittag reinschauen, gibt immer paar freie Termine. Wurde einen Tag vorher angerufen und mir wurde nochmal mitgeteilt, was ich mitbringen soll. Keine Wartezeiten. Sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich, kenne ich aus deutschen Ämtern leider nicht so. Dass man extra dafür nach innsbruck reisen muss ist zwar doof, aber so kommt man mal Wieder raus :D Can't say anything bad! I got an appointment two weeks in advance, it's best to have a look on Friday morning, there are always a few free appointments. Was called the day before and was told again what to bring. No waiting. Very competent and very friendly, unfortunately I don't know that from German offices. The fact that you have to travel to Innsbruck especially for this is stupid, but this is how you get out again: D
