★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin Jahrelang unmittelbar dran vorbeigefahren (Autobahn höhe Koblach) ohne das sie mir aufgefallen wäre, bis ich irgendwann ein stück der alten Steinmauer im Augenwinkel sah. Danach hab ich mal gegoogelt ob es in der Gegend eine Ruine gibt. Für mich und meine Frau war es ein wunderschöner Ausflug! Nicht beschwerlich und absolut Sehenswert.
For years I drove right past it (Autobahn height Koblach) without noticing it, until at some point I saw a piece of the old stone wall in the corner of my eye. After that I googled whether there was a ruin in the area. For me and my wife it was a wonderful trip! Not difficult and absolutely worth seeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy hike - really beautiful views of Koblach and Switzerland - lots of nice paths and areas of the castle ruins to explore - would recommend parking on Berkin (L59) and walking down Schloßwald between the farming fields.
