★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wegen der Ruine muss man nicht unbedingt hinfahren, aber der Rundwanderweg ist sehr schön.
You don't necessarily have to go there because of the ruins, but the circular hiking trail is very beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verborgen im dichten Wald und verdeckt durch üppige Vegetation finden sich die spärlichen Überreste der ehemaligen Burg Altlengbach welche um das Jahr 1400 auf einem Erdhügel errichtet wurde.
Bereits 1457 wird die Burg als „öde Veste“ bezeichnet, doch dürfte die Burg zwischen dem 15. und 17. Jahrhundert wiederhergestellt worden sein.
In weiterer Folge wurde sie von den Türken zerstört und nicht mehr aufgebaut.
Die eher bescheidenen Überreste sind somit die letzten Zeugen der bewegten Geschichte dieser ehemaligen Wehranlage.
Hidden in the dense forest and covered by lush vegetation are the sparse remains of the former castle Altlengbach which was built around 1400 on a mound.
As early as 1457, the castle was called a "desolate fortress", but the castle was probably restored between the 15th and 17th centuries.
Subsequently, it was destroyed by the Turks and no longer built.
The rather modest remains are thus the last witnesses of the eventful history of this former fortification.
