★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant and non educated staff. Starting with the shift manager. He is walking among the tables and forcing you to order. Even you just meet someone there and thereafter you left. After you have finished your food, he is forcing you to stay up and walk away if you don't order more food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really bad. Had the worst customer experience. The staff do not speak german very well, which is not a problem for me. I wanted to get the free fries from the adventcalendar today (Christmas Promotion) and the staff told me that it is only possible if I buy something, which is NOT TRUE. Nothing like that was mentioned in the app. So I called customer service and they ensured that I can get the fries without buying anything. They lied to me and made fun that it is only 99 cents. Sure I can buy it myself but if I can get it for free why not? Never had problems with McDonalds and their promotions. That is not how you treat customers. Really rude.
