★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Termin ist um 8:15 Uhr. Ein Kunde der vor mir da war hatte seine Fotos nicht dabei. Kunde wurde zum ca. 10 Minuten entfernten Automaten geschickt. Ich musste warten bis Kunde wieder da ist damit ich als nächstes dran komme. Der Herr am Schalter meinte dass es völlig normal sei mich ungerechterweise warten zu lassen. Unflexibel, unfreundlich und inkompetent.
 My appointment is at 8:15 a.m. A customer who was there before me didn't have his photos with him. Customer was sent to the machine about 10 minutes away. I had to wait until the customer was back so that my turn would be next. The gentleman at the counter said that it was completely normal to keep me waiting unjustly. Inflexible, unfriendly and incompetent.
