Recommend anyone getting a kitchen from this location to hold off payment until the products can be fully tested after install - our error. We purchased a full luxury kitchen including Dunstabzug and were never advised during the kitchen planning that the product would not work for our home. After complaining for a year, the Chef finally came and observed it firsthand. Looked us straight in the face and said it is working properly when it could only suck in about half the steam of boiling water on the burner closest too it. Nothing from the front burners was sucked in. On showing him the filter, he commented how clean it was to which was replied that this filter had never been cleaned despite routine cooking! No chance getting the costs of the Dunstabzug or installation costs back afterward for us. They gave an empty promise to organize a stronger motor replacement only to not follow through. Terrible experience.
