Der Herr Professor trifft auf Tagelöhner, man plaudert, diskutiert, auch die holde Weiblichkeit kann dieses Lokal frequentieren, ohne unliebsame Erlebnisse fürchten zu müssen, die Getränke gut, das Essen schmeckt, die Bedienung sehr nett, der Hit ist die Markt Legende, der Herr Jacob ein alter Schmaeh Bruder vom alten Schlag. Das Gesamtpaket dieser Institutiont verdient 5 Sterne! Every purchase at the legendary Farmers Market ends in this wonderful local gem. The professor meets day laborers, they chat, they discuss, even the gentle femininity can frequent this place, without having to fear unpleasant experiences, the drinks are good, the food tastes good, the service is very nice, the hit is the market legend, the master Jacob an old Schmaeh brother from the old school. Überwiegend von Stammgästen besucht, manche kommen schon seit über 30 Jahren, aber gerne kommen auch Touristen die das Flair, die wirklich gute Küche, Sturm oder Hauspunsch genießen wollen. Muss man unbedingt mal besuchen! The Prokes is an institution on the Viktor Adler market. For generations in family ownership at the same location. Mostly visited by regulars, some have been coming for over 30 years, but also tourists who like the flair who want to enjoy really good food, storm or house punch. You have to visit!

Aber wenn man erst einmal ein paar Mal dort war, kommt einem der Betreiber und das Personal wie die Familie vor. Man kann mit ihnen über alles Reden und es wird auch nicht mit der eigenen Ansicht hinterm Zaun gehalten. Preis und Qualität sind spitze, es gibt auch immer wieder Schmankerl als Mittagsmenü die man dann auch mal rechtzeitig vorbestellen MUSS. Hin und wieder kommt auch einmal ein rauherer Ton zum vorschein der nicht jedermanns Sache ist, aber wenn man sich auf das Ambiente einlässt will man die Erfahrung nicht mehr missen - egal ob am Tisch beim Eingang um die Marktbesucher zu beobachten oder im gemütlichen Gastgarten bei einem Glaserl Wein. You can talk to them about anything and your own opinion is not kept behind the fence. Price and quality are great, there are always delicacies as a lunch menu that you have to order in advance. Every now and then a rougher tone comes to the fore that is not for everyone, but when you get involved in the ambience you don't want to miss the experience anymore - whether at the table at the entrance to watch the market visitors or in the cozy garden with one Glass of wine.
