★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekter Lehrer um echte Meditation shamata oder Samatha zu lernen.
Die Praxis zielt auf die Entwicklung von Konzentration und somit ein geistliches Gleichgewicht zu entwickeln. Es gibt auch eine tolle Bibliothek mit sehr viel Wissen um die Praxis zu untermauern.
Bin sehr positiv überrascht! Würde am liebsten den ganzen Tag in der wundervollen und einzigartigen Gompa (oder Gönpa auf tibetisch) deren Meditationsraum verbringen.
Die Gompa hat ganz tolle tanmatras (Energien) da dort über 20 Jahre meditiert wurde und ist wundervoll mit sakralen Thangkas und Buddhas ausgestattet. Kann es nur jedem echten Suchenden empfhelen. Vielen Dank ?
Perfect teacher to learn real meditation shamata or samatha.
The practice aims at the development of concentration and thus to develop a spiritual balance. There is also a great library with a lot of knowledge to underpin the practice.
I am very positively surprised! Would spend the whole day in the wonderful and unique Gompa (or Gönpa in Tibetan) their meditation room.
The gompa has great tanmatras (energies) since being meditated there for over 20 years and is wonderfully equipped with sacred thangkas and buddhas. Can only recommend it to any real seeker. Thank you very much ?
