Die vegetarische Küche war zu allen drei Mahlzeiten morgens mit Porridge, mittags mit einer vollwertigen gehaltvollen Mahlzeit mit sehr gutem grünen Salat plus Nachtisch und abends mit wunderbaren warmen Suppen und kalter Jause mit heimischen Qualitätsprodukten voll nach meinem Geschmack. Selbst der Honig ist Bio und wird nur in den leichter portionierbaren Plastiktubenflaschen gereicht. Der Meditationsraum hat eine ruhige, tiefgehende Energie, selbst die Heizung, die ab und zu wohl den Geist des ehemaligen Hammerwerks noch in sich zu tragen scheint, ist ein wohltuender natürlich wirkender Klang. Die Leitung und Organisation vertraut auf Bewährtes. Eine umfangreich bestückte Bibliothek und Buchladen sind einladend mit Lesenischen ausgestattet und laden ebenso zum
Vertiefen ein. Mögen alle (hier) Seienden (weiterhin so) glücklich und zufrieden sein.
Wonderful house and grounds experienced within a spiritual retreats and spent for the course of a week in winter. The vegetarian cuisine was full for all three meals in the morning with porridge, noon with a full-fledged meaty meal with very good green salad plus dessert and evening with wonderful warm soups and cold snacks with domestic quality products to my taste. Even the honey is organic and is served only in the lighter portioned plastic squeeze bottle. The meditation room has a calm, deep energy even for heating, which seems to still carry within it the spirit of the former hammer mill from time to time probably is a soothing natural-looking tone. The management and organization relies on tried and true. An extensively stocked library and bookstore are inviting with reading nooks and invite just as much
