Bevor man es mit solchen Wässern versucht, sollte man aber besser einen Arzt aufsuchen. Das Wasser hier dient wohl eher dem seelischen Heil, und seine Wirkung auf die Gesundheit ist sicher dem Waldspaziergang zuzuschreiben.

The water here is more likely to be used for spiritual salvation, and its effect on health can certainly be attributed to a walk in the forest.
