Bezirk, klar dass viele Besucher multikulturell sind aber überhaupt kein Verständnis und Kompetenz für die interkulturelle Arbeit. Sehr grob und minderwertig zu vielen Besuchern. I don't find the staff to be competent at all. The library is in the 10th district, it is clear that many visitors are multicultural but have no understanding and competence for intercultural work at all. Very rough and inferior to many visitors.

Vorallem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr sehr nett,hilfsbereit, und geduldig ich kanns nur weiterempfehlen ?????? A great range of books ??????Great from a selection of books, CDs, audio books, DVDs, etc. Above all, the staff are very, very, very nice, helpful, and patient, I can only recommend them ??????

Ich komme (auch gemeinsam mit meinen Kindern) immer wieder sehr gerne! An dieser Stelle ein großes "Dankeschön" an die lieben Mitarbeiter dort! :) My absolute favorite branch! Friendly and always very helpful staff, nice (and clean!) Children's reading area and a large selection! I always enjoy coming (also together with my children)! At this point, a big "thank you" to the lovely staff there! :)

Aber auch wenn ich in den Regalen stöbere, finde ich immer etwas. I love to visit this library! The staff are nice and have good taste - they have often recommended books that are worth reading. But even when I browse the shelves, I always find something.

Reden laut und frech über die Besucher der Bibliothek. Einfach GRAUENHAFT dieses Personal und wenn man mit der Leiterin redet, meint sie "das glaube ich nicht, dass..." Worst library ever. 1. louder than in the supermarket 2. Staff abnormally rude and incompetent. 3. Talk loud and bold about library visitors. Just HORRIBLE this staff and when you talk to the manager she says "I don't believe that..."
