Wenn man öfters eine Auskunft haben möchte, fahren die Mitarbeiter ihre Krallen heraus. Nicht zum empfehlen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Auch Kinder gegenüber sehr herablassend. S	Sara Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind manche Mitarbeiter von dieser Bücherei sehr gemein und hinterhältig. Sowohl zu Erwachsenen als auch zu Kindern. Die Vorbestellung wird nicht in die Wunschbücherei gesendet und es wird danach so gedreht als hätte sich das Kind sich nicht richtig ausgedrücken können. Obwohl ich bei den Bestellungen immer mithöre, damit mein Kind keine falschen Angaben gibt. Die Mail wird dann so gesendet, damit sie im Spam landet. Ist noch nie in einer anderen Bücherei passiert. Als ich mir eine DVD ausborgen wollte, die ich aus den Regal hatte , wollte man 1,10 € abkassieren. Es wurde noch gesagt, dass ich mir diese DVD vorbestellt habe, obwohl das gar nicht stimmt. Wenn man die Sachen nicht beim Automaten zurückbringen möchte oder Hilfe beim Suchen braucht, wird bei manchen Mitarbeitern die Nase gerümpft. Wenn sich Kinder aufgrund solcher Vorfälle dann emotional verbal etwas gehen lassen heißt es, dass das Kind sich aggressiv verhält. Ich bin sehr traurig und enttäuscht darüber. Der Ausweis ist für Kinder gratis! Sehr zu empfehlen Nice library with books, magazines, children's books, CDs, DVDs. Friendly staff. You can easily borrow and give back at the machine.
