G	Gustav Egli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die beste Autovermietung überhaupt! Wir haben direkt bei der Agentur gebucht (Frau Holzapfel), dem Empfang war total nett und zuvorkommend. Leider mussten wir dann bei schweizer Zoll feststellen, dass wir mit dem Fahrzeug nicht in die Schweiz einreisen dürfen. Die Vermietung war aber so kulant, dass Sie uns die Kosten storniert haben. Herzlichen Dank dafür und wir werden Sie und Buchbinder auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! The best car rental company ever! We booked directly with the agency (Mrs. Holzapfel), the reception was really nice and courteous. Unfortunately, we then had to find out at Swiss customs that we are not allowed to enter Switzerland with the vehicle. The rental was so accommodating that you canceled the costs for us. Thank you very much and we will definitely recommend you and Buchbinder to others!

Hatte bei einer anderen Vermietung gebucht jedoch eine Stunde vor Abholung eine Absage erhalten. Dann bei Buchbinder auch kurzfristig ein Auto bekommen wirklich top und vielen Dank dem Team in Dornbirn. Weiter so ???? Top team, helpful and very committed even during this time Would recommend to anyone. Booked with another rental but received a cancellation one hour before pickup. Then at Buchbinder get a car at short notice really great and thank the team in Dornbirn. Keep it up ????

Auch zeigt sich in Krisenzeiten wie dieser, wer Service "kann", und wer nicht ... und hier kann man definitiv :-) ... Vielen vielen Dank, Frau K. !! I have already borrowed a lot of vehicles from different providers in Vorarlberg, but I am now "stuck" here ... super friendly, great vehicles and absolutely fair prices. Also in times of crisis it shows who can "service" and who cannot ... and here you can definitely :-) ... Thank you very much, Ms. K. !!

Ich bin glücklich, dass ich mich für Buchbinder entschieden hab. Die Damen im Büro sind sehr freundlich, gehen auf die individuelle Wünsche ein, der Transporter, Preis war top (habe mehrere Anbieter verglichen, welche zu Beginn erst mit günstigeren Preisen locken, jedoch am Ende teurer gekommen wären) und die Abholung, sowie Abgabe komplikationslos. Es hat alles einfach so wunderbar geklappt! Danke an das Team! Am thrilled! Unfortunately, you get confused by reading some negative recessions and clever advice from friends ... I am happy that I chose Buchbinder. The ladies in the office are very friendly, respond to individual requests, the van, the price was great (I compared several providers who initially only lure with cheaper prices, but would have been more expensive in the end) and the pick-up and delivery were uncomplicated . It all worked out so wonderfully! Thanks to the team!

After receiving booking confirmation I needed to ask a specific question – received immediate, helpful response to my e-mail. Very satisfied with the entry-level car option. Staff helpful and friendly. Good service all round. Would recommend.
