★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always stop here for food and drink when skiing in Alpendorf. Very nice Hutte between the Gondola upper station and the upper station of the 6-man chairlift. Update Aug 19: Still wonderful! Also great in the summer- great place to hike to and from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Alpendorf the weekend after the season had technically ended, so it was easy to find the seat we wanted and I assume it also meant the line wasn't as long to purchase food.
The music playing was fun and the view spectacular.
As the season had finished the weekend before they might have had a smaller selection of food available, or maybe they never have the wurstsalat (and similar items pre-prepared). However they were kind enough to make one especially for me :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large mainly self service resturant on the mountain. Normal menu nothing special. Fast and efficent with plenty seating both indoors and out. Average prices with value for money food. Good location.

The place is so good for families because there are a funny area with some games for the children and you can keep an eye easily.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
The rates are very good being an isolated place in the mountains.
Fully recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Food is always fresh and delicious. You have good option of main courses. You have the choice for the menu of the day. The design of the place is absolutely amazing! They even have a slide which takes you down to the facilities. Staff is okay, the owner is amazing! Such a gentleman! Always says hi and always smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essentially a big canteen on the mountain which accommodates the needs of big groups such as ski schools (self service, lots of space). Food was okay. If you are a couple looking for good food and less noise, other alms are probably a better fit.
