Ich hatte heute (24.07.2021) mit eurer Hoheit (vermutlich der Junior Chef) um ca. 10.00 Uhr ein Gespräch bezüglich einer defekten Zündspule eines Honda Rasenmäher. Ich ersuchte um Prüfung der Zündspule und bekam folgende Auskunft: Ich bin kein Mechaniker und kenne mich mit technischen Dingen nicht aus, dafür habe ich meine Leute, welche aber heute (Samstag) nicht da sind. Da ich am Firmengelände Parkte konnte ich aber einige Personen in der Werkstätte sehen. Nun wie auch Immer, ein Firmeninhaber der sich technisch nicht auskennt (und offensichtlich darauf auch noch stolz ist) in einem Betrieb der nur technische Geräte verkauft erscheint mir Sonderbar. Nicht unerwähnt möchte ich lassen, dass ich am Vortag schon mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter und demselben Problem Kontakt hatte. Hier war noch meine Frage ob die Zündkerze oder die Zündspule defekt sei. Nach geraumer Zeit kam der Mitarbeiter wieder und hatte eine neue Zündkerze zum Preis von € 10,00 für mich. Er sagte die Kerze sei defekt! Leider nicht, der Mäher funktionierte auch mit der neuen Kerze nicht. Diesen Umstand habe ich auch dem oben genannten Herren mitgeteilt, er reagierte nicht, war im offensichtlich egal, zumindest mein Eindruck! In Zeiten des Firmengründers, Herrn Beer Senior, hatte es so etwas nicht gegeben. Vermutlich möchten die heutigen Firmenbesitzer einen möglichst hohen Umsatz und keine Ersatzteil-Gespräche. Mein nächster Honda Mäher wird nicht von Beer sein......... Good afternoon company Beer! Today (July 24th, 2021) I had a conversation with Your Highness (probably the junior boss) at around 10 a.m. regarding a defective ignition coil of a Honda lawnmower. I asked for the ignition coil to be checked and received the following information: I am not a mechanic and I am not familiar with technical matters, but I have my people for that, but they are not there today (Saturday). Since I parked on the company premises, I could see some people in the workshop. Anyway, a company owner who doesn't know about technology (and is obviously proud of it) in a company that only sells technical devices seems strange to me. I would also like to mention that I had contact with another employee and the same problem the day before. Here was my question whether the spark plug or the ignition coil was defective. After a while the employee came back and had a new spark plug for me at a price of € 10.00. He said the candle was broken! Unfortunately not, the mower didn't work with the new candle either. I also shared this fact with the gentleman named above, he didn't react, he obviously didn't care, at least my impression! In the times of the company's founder, Mr. Beer Senior, there was no such thing. Presumably today's company owners want the highest possible turnover and no spare parts discussions. My next Honda mower won't be from Beer .........
