★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten zu Weihnachten Karpfen von der Familie Muschl zubereitet und beim verzehr mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Fische nicht genießbar waren (letteln). Wir hatten dies auch bei der Frau Muschl telefonisch reklamiert, die jedoch gleich etwas unhöflich darauf reagierte. Es kann immer so etwas vorkommen. Es wurde uns auch zugesagt, dass wir das Geld zurück bekommen und sich jemand bei uns melden wird. Leider ist das bis heute nicht passiert.
Had carp prepared by the Muschl family for Christmas and when eating it we unfortunately had to realize that the fish were not edible (moaning). We had also complained about this to Mrs. Muschl by phone, but she immediately reacted a little rudely. Something like this can always happen. We were also promised that we would get the money back and that someone would contact us. Unfortunately that has not happened to date.
