L	Luana M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant organized a New Year's Eve party and before booking the table we asked if there were going to be any fire works. "Yes, you can see fireworks at 12" was the answer. However, not even 1 firework was organized, unless people brought their own fireworks. Indeed, we could see fireworks, but down the mountain valley or in Fulpmes. The advert was very deceiving, showing images of fireworks. Food was ok and served in timely manner, although we would not have paid the menu price of £38 per adult + additional cost for drinks, had we known that there would be no fireworks organized by Bruggeralm. There was no gondola back (we were told beforehand), you could only use your sleigh on an unlit tobogganing route, or call a taxi (we came with our 8 year old child). A very disappointing experience and our first life lesson at the turn of the new year. The other participants experienced the same disappointment, as we talked to them and they admitted they felt misinformed and led to believe the same way we did (I think everyone who counted down the seconds to the turn of the year got the same bitter taste we did).
