Beim Konzert von Max Raabe am 31.10. war es 15 Minuten vor Vorstellungsbeginn nicht mehr möglich, einen Stehtisch mit Getränken für die Pause zu reservieren, weil angeblich schon alles voll war. Zur Pause stellte sich heraus, dass max. 50 % der Tische mit Getränken bestückt waren. Leider haben wir es nicht geschafft, an der Bar innerhalb der 20 minütigen Pause 4 Getränke zu bekommen, als wir endlich an der Reihe waren und es bereits zum Ende der Pause geläutet hatte, waren die Weingläser vergriffen , somit wurde das Achtel weiß im Wasserglas serviert. completely messy and disorganized !! At the break it turned out that a maximum of 50% of the tables were stocked with drinks. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to get 4 drinks at the bar within the 20 minute break, when it was finally our turn and it had already rung at the end of the break, the wine glasses were out of stock, so the eighth was served white in the water glass .
R	R. E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosphäre draussen ganz nett, direkt gegenüber von der Strandbar mit cooler Musik und Strandfeeling. Essen(Ceasar Salad) war gut, ging auch recht fix. Nur die weissen Holzsessel sind unbequem und zum Essen kaum geeignet. Atmosphere outside very nice, directly across from the beach bar with cool music and beach feeling. Food (Ceasar Salad) was good, was also quite fix. Only the white wooden armchairs are uncomfortable and barely suitable for eating.

Seit September 2018 ein weiteres gastronomisches Highlight in Linz. Great location - with one of the most brilliant views in Linz. Located directly on the Danube with a panoramic view of the Pöstlingberg. Pleasant atmosphere and generous arrangement of the tables. Stylish, modern furnishings. Friendly staff. Day and evening menu with something for every taste. Another gastronomic highlight in Linz since September 2018.

I	Ingrid Häusler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in den letzten Monaten einige Male zu Veranstaltungen im Brucknerhaus und sind davon zwei Mal ins Bruckners gegangen. So eine chaotische und unorganisierte Location findet man selten. Einer schafft an und hat kein Konzept und auch die Bedienung weiß nicht was wer machen soll.... einfach eine Katastrophe. Keine Frage, zur Zeit ist es mit den Vorgaben sicher nicht so einfach, aber da muss umso mehr, ein ordentliches Konzept über die Abläufe her. Bis wir in der 20 minütigen Pause endlich ein Getränk hatten, war fürs Genießen nicht mehr viel Zeit. We have been to events in the Brucknerhaus a few times in the last few months and have gone to the Bruckner's twice. You rarely find such a chaotic and unorganized location. Someone creates and has no concept and the operator does not know what who should do ... simply a disaster. No question about it, at the moment it is certainly not that easy with the specifications, but all the more, a proper concept for the processes is required. Until we finally had a drink in the 20-minute break, there wasn't much time left to enjoy it.
I	Ingrid Hageneder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Konzert am 23. März wollten wir, wie sonst auch, mit einem oder mehreren Getränken den Abend ausklingen lassen. Sehr rüde wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es für uns - 4 Personen - keine Getränke gäbe, weil wir nicht reserviert hätten. Wir meinten, dass wir mit einem Stehtisch oder einem Platz an der Bar höchst zufrieden wären, da wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir dann von dort soundso vertrieben (!!!!) werden würden! Letztendlich bekamen wir im Durcheinander an der Bar doch Getränke, mehrere Steh- und Sitzplätze blieben frei, auch ein Stehtisch für uns. Jetzt frage ich mich - was ist das für ein Verständnis von Gastfreundlichkeit? Wenn alle Plätze tatsächlich reserviert sind, dann wäre das Mindeste eine Tafel beim Eingang, die HÖFLICH darauf aufmerksam macht oder eine kurze, aber FREUNDLICHE Erklärung der Situation, das sollte für einen Gastronomen oberstes Prinzip sein! Geblieben sind wir übrigens nur, weil wir viele Bekannte/Orchestermusiker trafen und darauf nicht verzichten wollten. Trotzdem bleibt ein bitterer Nachgeschmack. After the concert on March 23rd, as usual, we wanted to end the evening with one or more drinks. Very rudely we were told that there were no drinks for us - 4 people - because we hadn't reserved. We thought we would be more than happy with a high table or a seat at the bar, so we were told that we would then be evicted (!!!!) from there! In the end we got drinks in the confusion at the bar, several standing and sitting places remained free, including a bar table for us. Now I ask myself - what is this understanding of hospitality? If all the seats are actually reserved, then the minimum would be a board at the entrance that would politely draw attention to it or a short but FRIENDLY explanation of the situation, that should be the top priority for a restaurateur! By the way, we only stayed because we met a lot of acquaintances/orchestral musicians and didn't want to do without them. Nevertheless, a bitter aftertaste remains.

You need at least an hour and a half for a three course dinner, to us that is too long. They refused to serve us dinner 45 minutes before a show (in the Brucknerhaus) The head waiter allowed us to order an appetizer after a heated debate, which we could barely finished before the show started. The old establishment in this space was faster, better and more professional.
