She deserves zero stars! Because something arrogant and I have no words for her should retire and work on her bitter life !!!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Beratung ist äußerst kompetent. Ist mal etwas nicht da, z. B. eine Zutat für eines meiner Teerezepte, dann wird es bestellt. Ich hoffe, alle da bleiben gesund. i have loved this pharmacy for years! Everyone is always trying to please me. The staff is very friendly and the advice is extremely competent. Is something not there, e.g. B. an ingredient for one of my tea recipes, then it is ordered. I hope everyone stays healthy there.

Die Überheblichkeit, Arroganz und Unfreundlichkeit, die sie an den Tag gelegt hat, ist für keinen Kunden/Patienten zumutbar. Einfach unglaublich! Wie kann man eine solche Person in den Service stellen. Andere Kollegen schienen hingegen sehr hilfsbereit zu sein. Einfach eine Frechheit! I was there today to inquire. However, I was served by the supposed boss. The arrogance, arrogance and unfriendliness that she has shown is not reasonable for any customer / patient. Just unbelievable! How can you put such a person in the service. Other colleagues, however, appeared to be very helpful. Just a joke!
F	Fab Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eingebildete und unsympathische Chefin!!! War gestern dort. Zu einem wollte ich fragen ob es noch kostenlose Covid Tests gab (Bürgertests). Sie schilderte mir nur das sie kosten und mehr nicht. Musste nachfragen ob es was kostet und ob sie eine alternative hatten. Dan kam sie auf die Sprünge und hat mir die Details genannt, den auf die ganzen Informationen preiszugeben, hatte sie wohl keine Lust. Davor war noch eine Kundin bei ihr. Sie hat sie echt mies behandelt, also sowas geht in keinem Verkauf. Sowas habe ich noch nie von einer Verkäuferin/Apothekerin gesehen. Ich würde mir wünschen wenn sie nicht mehr dort arbeiten würde. Conceited and unsympathetic boss! Was there yesterday. For one, I wanted to ask whether there were still free Covid tests (citizen tests). She only told me that they cost and nothing more. Had to ask if it costs what and if they had an alternative. Then she got on with it and gave me the details, but she probably didn't feel like revealing all the information. Before that there was a customer with her. She treated her really badly, so you can't sell that. I've never seen anything like this from a saleswoman / pharmacist. I wish she wouldn't work there anymore.

Seitdem komme ich regelmäßig zum Testen, ein bis zweimal pro Woche, weil ich in Deutschland arbeite und mir die Tests vorgeschrieben sind. Frau Mag. Egle und Frau Mag. Yanar haben terminlich zuweilen das Unmögliche möglich gemacht, damit ich zur Arbeit kann. Ich wurde immer sehr herzlich behandelt, und fühle mich dort sehr aufgehoben. Vielen vielen Dank! Half a year ago I went to the bridge pharmacy for the corona test for the first time. Since then, I have come to test regularly, once or twice a week, because I work in Germany and the tests are prescribed for me. Ms. Mag. Egle and Ms. Mag. Yanar have occasionally made the impossible possible so that I can go to work. I was always treated very warmly, and I feel very much in good hands there. Thanks alot!
M	Michael Kreidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Wie auch die anderen Bewerter vor mir muss ich denen recht geben. Eingebildete hochnässige Chefin. Unfreundlich und 0 Service. Als ich gehört habe, dass sie keine Karten nimmt, bin ich gegenüber bei der Tankstelle Geld abheben gegangen. Ich war um 11:56 vor der Tür und habe geläutet, sie ist verschwunden und hat das Licht ausgemacht. So eine Serviceorientierung dieser unsympathischen Frau lässt echt zu wünschen übrig. Diese Apotheke am besten meiden, wenn keine andere offen würde ich sogar ins Nachbardorf fahren. I would like to give 0 stars. Like the other evaluators before me, I have to agree with them. Conceited, snooty boss. Unfriendly and 0 service. When I heard that she wasn't taking cards, I went to withdraw money at the gas station across the street. I was at the door at 11:56 and rang the bell, she disappeared and turned off the light. Such a service orientation of this unsympathetic woman really leaves a lot to be desired. It is best to avoid this pharmacy, if no other one is open, I would even go to the neighboring village.

Es werden am Samstag um halb 12 zwanzigminütige Impfpass Beratungen gemacht und rezeptfreie Lutschbonbons extra angeboten inkl. Beratung obwohl 15 Leute draußen anstehen. Es werden Leute vorgenommen, die nach einem gekommen sind und und und und. Gerade vor 2-3 Wochen war ich an der Reihe und stand schon am Pult, da kam ein Herr rein und stellte sich nicht mal an. Dem wurden dann 10 Minuten lang Tablettenblister zugeschnitten. Als dann endlich ich dran kam und das Rezept abgegeben habe, kam die Dame nicht mehr zurück und hat hinten nochmals 10 Minuten ein Telefonat geführt. Und das läuft da drinnen einfach immer so. Die Chefin ist auch leider unfassbar unfreundlich. Ich gehe da nie wieder hin! I have no words for this pharmacy. On Saturday at half past twelve, twenty-minute vaccination pass consultations are offered and non-prescription hard candies are offered including consultation, even though 15 people are queuing outside. People are made who came after you and and and and. Just 2-3 weeks ago it was my turn and I was already standing at the desk when a gentleman came in and didn't even queue. Blisters of tablets were then cut for 10 minutes. When it was finally my turn to hand in the prescription, the lady didn't come back and made another 10-minute phone call in the back. And that's just how it always goes in there. The boss is also incredibly rude. I'll never go there again!

Vor mir benötigte ein älterer Herr Auskunft über die Gurgeltests. Er wurde auf eine Art angeschaut und behandelt dass es mir weh tat. Er wurde ohne brauchbare Information und ohne Tests weggeschickt. Es ist mir schon klar dass es nicht unbedingt die Aufgabe einer Apothekerin ist, dies zu erklären. Dass es vielleicht ermüdend ist, es öfters am Tag doch tun zu müssen. Aber vielleicht gehört es sich einfach, Hilfsbereitschaft, ein anständiges respektvolles gegenübertreten!? Zero stars! Incredibly rude boss! I've experienced it with her more than once and found it very bad today. Before me, an elderly gentleman needed information about the throat tests. He was looked at and treated in a way that hurt me. He was sent away with no useful information and no tests. It is clear to me that it is not necessarily the job of a pharmacist to explain this. That it might be tiring to have to do it multiple times a day. But maybe it's simply the right thing to do, to be helpful, to face a decent respectful person!?
