★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very sceptical at the beginning as this is the first time in last 3 years when I had to change the barbershop place. But you could feel it from the moment you are at the door. Very friendly staff. I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes which I actually liked. This time I usually use for a coffee and relaxation.
I chose a combo of a haircut and beard trim and was pleasantly satisfied to have it all done in one hour.
The barbers know their business and not only can understand what you want (even if you can barely explain what you actually want :) ), but are ready to advice and suggest an improvement to your design.
Absolutely liked. My wife is happy. Can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Brother's Barbershop Wagramer Strasse today! At arrival they check the covid regulations which I find really positive! It makes you feel save and comfortable also in these times. It was a pleasant experience meeting my barber July. She did a great job and the whole treatment felt very relaxing after a hard day at work :-) recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever received. Avoid this place. The person who cut my hair was unfriendly and really rough. My neck is on fire as I type this. She didn’t use any cream when using a straight edge so my skin is really hurting. Also, when using the clippers she was brutally rough when trimming the sides. I could not wait to get out of the chair. It seems like they just grabbed the person who cut my hair right off the street. And then they charged my 40 USD. I’m still stunned. I’m going to have to go somewhere else and have them fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely first experience at Brothers' Barbershop and it was only made better by my barber, Soso. She gave me an excellent haircut and listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly, while checking in with me to see if I was happy with the cut thus far. She also made me feel totally at ease as I speak very little German, and was nice just to make small talk in English, the first time I have done so since being in Vienna! Overall the experience was so good I left a tip and will definitely be coming again during my stay in Vienna. Lovely venue, fab staff and vibe. Thanks!
