Stattdessen wird wird man auf die Botschaft in Wien verwiesen, da das Salzburger Konsulat von Wien aus einen Maulkorb erhalten hat und keine Auskunft erteilen darf. In Wien wird man auf eine kostenpflichtige Hotline verwiesen, wo keiner Deutsch spricht! Ruft man anschließend mehrmals in Wien bei der Botschaft an wird immer wieder aufgelegt! Was für ein unkompetenter, überheblicher Sauhaufen, das britische Botschaftspersonal! Ich mache jetzt also Urlaub im intelligenten Teil von Europa und gebe da mein Geld aus. Gut, dass dieses sinnlose Land die EU verlässt. Keiner braucht euch! Bleibt fern. Ich hoffe es kostet euch euren Wohlstand und viel, viel Geld. You do not get an answer to the simple question of whether a valid EU visa is also accepted in the UK. Instead, one is referred to the embassy in Vienna, since the Salzburg Consulate has been muzzled from Vienna and may not give any information. In Vienna one is referred to a chargeable hotline, where no German speaks! If you call then several times in Vienna at the embassy is always on again! What an incompetent, arrogant mess, British embassy staff! So I'm going on holiday in the smart part of Europe and spend my money there. Good that this senseless country leaves the EU. Nobody needs you! Stay away. I hope it costs you your wealth and a lot of money.
