Es gibt zwar keinen Neukundenrabatt, aber mitunter gibt es Reduzierungen aus (unbeschädigten!!!) Rückläufern. Einfach toll. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienst läuft flott und sehr freundlich ab. Alles Gute für das Team! Weiter so! If we could, we'd be forgiving even more. We are from Germany and had our ships within 2 days. The prices are great. There is no new customer discount, but sometimes there are reductions from (undamaged !!!) returns. Just great. Communication with customer service is quick and very friendly. All the best for the team! Keep it up!

Ich war geduldig und habe einen Monat gewartet, auf eine vernünftige Aussage vom Kundenservice. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen und einer Unterschrift auf einer eidesstattlichen Erklärung habe ich nun endlich auch mal mein Geld zurück bekommen. Ich habe noch nicht mal das Angebot bekommen, einen Ersatz zu kriegen. Gar nichts. Das ist für mich kein Kundenservice. Ja die Antworten kamen immer super schnell, aber Bemühungen waren keine da. Vor allem, wenn man einen Monat lang vertröstet wird, da man noch keine Antwort von DPD hat. Das zum Thema Kunde ist König. Absolut keine Empfehlung. Es war meine erste und auf jeden Fall auch meine letzte Bestellung auf dieser Seite! Absolute disaster online. It starts with the fact that my package never arrived. I've been patient and waited a month for a reasonable response from customer service. After repeated inquiries and a signature on an affidavit, I finally got my money back. I haven't even received an offer to get a replacement. Nothing at all. That's not customer service to me. Yes, the answers always came super fast, but there were no efforts. Especially if you are put off for a month because you have not yet received an answer from DPD. The customer is king. Absolutely no recommendation. It was my first and definitely my last order on this site!
