E	Ein Google-Nutzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laden in der BahnhofCity beim Grazer Hauptbahnhof. Wie man schon am Namen erkennen kann, werden hier hauptsächlich Brezel verkauft. Dabei gibt es aber ein sehr großes Angebot, viele findet man sonst eher selten. Die meisten Brezel sind auch ziemlich groß. Preislich gesehen eher teuer, aber dennoch gerechtfertigt. Kurzer Weg zu den Bahnsteigen. Wenn man gerade Lust auf Brezel hat, ist dieses Geschäft immer einen Besuch wert. Shop in the BahnhofCity near the main train station in Graz. As you can see from the name, pretzels are mainly sold here. But there is a very large offer, many are rarely found otherwise. Most pretzels are pretty big too. Price-wise rather expensive, but justified. Short way to the platforms. If you are in the mood for pretzels, this shop is always worth a visit.

Die Brezeln sind immer frisch, mit viel Liebe belegt und sogar die süßen Varianten sind einen Versuch wert. Die Damen die dort arbeiten erinnern sich immer dran wie ich meinen Kaffee trinke und haben trotz Stress immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Danke dass ihr auch schon um 6 immer so freundlich seid :) I work at the train station and get my breakfast there almost every day. The pretzels are always fresh, filled with love and even the sweet versions are worth trying. The women who work there always remember how I drink my coffee and, despite stress, always have a smile on their lips. Thank you for always being so friendly at 6 am :)
S	Sandra K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte heute einige Brezeln kaufen. Sperren erst um 8 Uhr auf aus "technischen Gründen". Auslage war bereits bestückt. Somit liegen die Brezeln nun 2 Stunden dort ab. Wollte erst vor 2 Wochen am Freitag Brezeln kaufen. Damals war ebenfalls das Rolltor unten und keine Info warum und weshalb. Auch nach einigen Minuten warten, hat sich leider nichts daran geändert. Anscheinen habt Ihr die Corona-Krise so gut überstanden, dass ihr auf den Umsatz nicht angewiesen seid. Wanted to buy some pretzels today. Block only at 8 am for "technical reasons". The display was already stocked. So the pretzels are left there for 2 hours. Just wanted to buy pretzels 2 weeks ago on Friday. At that time the roller shutter was also down and no information about why and why. Even after waiting a few minutes, nothing has changed. Apparently you survived the Corona crisis so well that you are not dependent on sales.

Ich fahre extra her, weils sonst einfach im Vergleich kaum essbar ist. As a native Bavarian, they have the only really good and satisfying lye pastry here! I drive here extra because otherwise it is simply hardly edible in comparison.

Kein Augenkontakt,gerade das wenigstens ein hallo kommt und keine maske-da könnten die Damen uns wenigstens ein Lächeln schenken aber nicht mal das is drinn. Really good taste but the saleswomen are a horror. No eye contact, just that at least a hello comes and no mask - the ladies could at least give us a smile, but not even that is included.

F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde von der Mitarbeiterin ohne FFP2-Maske erst ignoriert (mit dem Smartphone weiter beschäftigt obwohl sie mich gesehen hat), nachher mit unfreundlichem Tonfall dann schnell abgefertigt… beim Essen hatte ich dann eines ihrer langen schwarzen Haare im Mund. Auch abseits davon geschmacklich ekelhaft. Brezelstange mit Käse schmeckte wie mehrere Tage alt. Danke nie wieder. Was initially ignored by the employee without an FFP2 mask (still busy with the smartphone even though she saw me), then quickly dealt with afterwards with an unfriendly tone of voice... while eating I had one of her long black hairs in my mouth. Apart from that, the taste is disgusting. Pretzel stick with cheese tasted like it was several days old. Thanks never again
G	G S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Brezeln sind wirklich gut, auch gefällt mir die Auswahl an verschiedenen Geschmäckern. Das Personal ist genau das Gegenteil. Keine Begrüßung, nur widerwillig bekommt man seine Ware, auch gibt's hier und da Probleme mit der Verständigung, da sollte man aber wirklich einmal nachbessern und mit dem Personal reden, bzw. arbeitswilliges Personal einstellen. The pretzels are really good, I also like the choice of different flavors. The staff is just the opposite. No greeting, you only get your goods reluctantly, there are also problems with communication here and there, but you should really improve them and talk to the staff, or hire staff who are willing to work.
P	Pablo López-García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. I went there today, took my wallet out and walked towards the stand. When the saleswoman saw me arriving and I was about to order, she said "Sorry we're closed!" and closed the shutter in front of my face!! This happened at 16.57, when Google says they close at 20.00. Then, with the shutter down, she started cleaning up in front of me and I suppose the Pretzel I wanted to buy is now in the trash. I had already heard about the bad service of this place, but what I experienced today was unbelievable. Absolutely terrible image of the city for all travelers. I won't buy a single Pretzel there ever and will go to Spar instead.
