R	Roman Neuhauser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg!!! Hatte bei einer Person ein Gespräch, vielleicht sind die Kollegen anders. Man soll bekanntlich nicht alle in einen Topf werfen. Werde mich dort aber nie wieder bewerben. Wurde 4x gefragt warum ich mich bei dem Unternehmen direkt, initiativ, beworben habe. Wurde gefragt ob ich auch eine Volksschule besucht habe........ (PS :bin 42 Jahre und habe einen sehr anständigen CSV). Wichtig ist, dass die Sonnenbrille im Sakko steckt (sarkastisch gemeint). Solche Gesprächspartner kann man sich nur sparen, Zeitverschwendung. Hands off!!! Had a conversation with a person, maybe the colleagues are different. One should not throw everyone in a pot. Will never advertise there again. Was asked 4 times why I applied directly, initiative, to the company. Was asked if I also attended a primary school ........ (PS: I'm 42 years and have a very decent CSV). It is important that the sunglasses are in the jacket (sarcastic meant). Such conversation partners can only be saved, a waste of time.
S	Susanna Nesch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach meiner Bewerbung gab es ein rasches vor Ort Gespräch mit Herrn Dr. Haberleithner, einen Persönlichkeits-Test sowie die Vorstellung von 2 möglichen Jobs. Das Bewerbungsgespräch beim Kunden fand rasch ein paar Tage später statt. Soweit so gut. Der Job wurde als management position angeboten. Heraus kam beim Gespräch dass es eher ein Team lead Posten ist. Danach wurde vereinbart man melde sich. 1,5 Wochen später sprach ich auf die Mailbox von Herrn Dr. Haberleithner, keine Reaktion. 2 Wochen später abermals meine Kontaktaufnahme... mir wurde versprochen wenn eine Entscheidung da ist melde man sich. Nun ist August... null response.. keine mails dafür aber für den Kunden eine neue Ausschreibung... nun aber als teamlead.... ich hätte mir mehr Professionalität gewünscht! After my application there was a quick on-site conversation with Dr. Haberleithner, a personality test and the idea of 2 possible jobs. The interview with the customer quickly took place a few days later. So far so good. The job was offered as a management position. During the conversation it emerged that it is more of a team lead position. After that it was agreed to get in touch. 1.5 weeks later, I spoke to Dr. Haberleithner, no reaction. 2 weeks later I got in touch again ... I was promised that if a decision is there, you will get in touch. Now is August ... null response .. no emails for that, but a new tender for the customer ... but now as a teamlead .... I would have liked more professionalism!

Der Kontakt sowohl vor als auch nach dem Gespräch war prompt, freundlich und offen. Das Gespräch selbst wurde professionell und auf Augenhöhe geführt. Es herrschte allgemein eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war das ehrliche und offene Feedback gleich im Anschluss an das Gespräch. In meinen Augen also ein empfehlenswertes Unternehmen in dem man als Bewerber nicht als Bittsteller betrachtet wird. Daumen hoch! I was here for a pre-selection interview. The rooms are bright and pleasant. The contact both before and after the conversation was prompt, friendly and open. The conversation itself was conducted professionally and at eye level. There was generally a very pleasant atmosphere. What I particularly liked was the honest and open feedback right after the conversation. In my opinion, this is a recommendable company in which an applicant is not viewed as a supplicant. Thumbs up!
n	nec o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiß nicht, ob alle in dieser Firma so sind und da ich mich zumindest über den Anruf und der Absage gefreut habe, gibt es 2 Punkte. Herr Ing. Seyer war unfreundlich und sehr überheblich in seiner Tonlage. Ich habe versucht es zu ignorieren, da ich sehr an dem Job bzw. dem darauffolgenden Angebot interessiert war. Schlussendlich ist er der Vermittler und nicht mein Arbeitgeber, aber es ist eine Frechheit, wenn man seinen Gehaltswunsch äußert und dann belächelt wird und Äußerungen wie „Sind Sie sich sicher, dass Sie soviel verdienen? Dann muss das ein toller Arbeitgeber sein.. „ und vm. hören muss, wie „Haben Sie Kinder, denn das haben Sie nicht angeführt“ .. lesen Sie mal die Vorgaben, diese Angabe ist freiwillig, die ich immer gerne beantworte, wenn mein Gegenüber interessiert und freundlich fragt. „Eine Partnernschaft ? Hmm..“ als wäre das ein Verbrechen .. „Ich bin mir jetzt unsicher, ob das was werden kann,…“ habe ich zum ersten Mal bei einem Erstgespräch gehört. Die Ehrlichkeit ist gut, aber Recruiter sollten das etwas anders formulieren denke ich. Ich habe mit keinem so unprofessionellen Vermittler zuvor zutun gehabt. Vielleicht sollte Herr Ing. Seyer mal seinen Beruf überdenken. Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich so eine Rezession schreiben muss und das finde ich echt schade. Trotzdem alles Liebe an alle. Ich bekomme den richtigen Job für mich :) I don't know if everyone in this company is like that and since I was at least happy about the call and the rejection, there are 2 points. Mr. Ing. Seyer was unfriendly and very arrogant in his tone. I tried to ignore it because I was very interested in the job and the offer that followed. Ultimately he is the intermediary and not my employer, but it is cheeky when you express your desired salary and are then smiled at and comments like "Are you sure that you earn that much? Then it has to be a great employer..." and, in particular, you have to hear, like "Do you have children, because you didn't mention them"... read the specifications, this information is voluntary, which I'm always happy to answer when my Asks interested and friendly opposite. "A partnership? Hmm .." as if that were a crime .. "I'm now unsure whether that can be something..." I heard for the first time during an initial consultation. Honesty is good, but I think recruiters should put it a little differently. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional agent before. Perhaps Mr. Ing. Seyer should reconsider his job. This is the first time that I have to write such a recession and I think that's a real shame. Anyway, love to everyone. I get the right job for me :)
