La Brasserie is like home to us. From the moment you enter the patron will take good care of you, treat you with delicious French specialties and a fabulous interior design. If Amélie Poulain had a favorite place, I'm sure this would be it.

This is a nice, cozy restaurant with mixed furniture and decor. The one room offers space for about 30 people, with tables for two up to a few for about six people. Although smoking seems to be permitted in one half of the room, I seldom saw anyone do so - ash trays are brought on demand. Music is played through speakers, at a background level. The menu offers a mixture of dishes, as well as a separate breakfast menu on Saturdays. Weekdays have a dish of the day with soup. Almost everything I tried so far tasted great. While from the outset some of the dishes don't seem much, it's the mixture of ingredients and sauces that make them taste special. My personal favourite is the vegan club sandwich. So far I've always found a table to sit at, even at busier hours. The restaurant also appears to be available for private functions.

It is a very cute and quirky at the same time reliable place to have a fantastic lunch and simple dinner. I love coming her every other month. Location is very close to Neubaugasse, an added bonus. And the service so nice and swift. I love their veggie dishes.

The cutest place in town: beautiful and creative vintage interior, interesting menu with really good food, and a very charismatic owner.

!?! We were fooled by the reviews. Frozen food served daily! Service was friendly but the food is gross. First time I see a quiche that looks like a pizza, the dough was not even cooked and was obviously a supermarket one... For 7euro! Not even worth 2e. The croque madame was also tasteless. cappuccino was served almost cold and large café is rather a small on for 4e. Brasserie de la Marie doesn't mean anything. They should have asked for a translator. "La brasserie de Marie" is proper French. Should not be in the restaurant business

Cozy and relaxed atmosphere in a restaurant offering French cuisine. One interesting find was the lavender and cinnamon chicken, as the unusual combination of spices is very well balanced. Kind staff and pleasant experience.

Such a cute place with a personal feel to it. The owner is very friendly. The food came quickly and was delicious. And I have to mention the music. Pure nostalgia from the 40s. Love this place.
