A	Aura W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kommunikation schien am Anfang gut aber der Herr der für die Inspektion vorbeigekommen ist, hat sich so gut wie gar nicht ausgekannt. Deshalb hat er versprochen sich bis am nächsten Tag “schlau zu machen” und mich bzgl. einer Lösung zu kontaktieren. Am nächsten Tag habe ich aber nur von der Sekretärin die Nachricht bekommen, dass sie mir ein Gutachten nur dann geben können wenn ich mit ihnen arbeite (was fair ist) aber ohne einen Lösungsansatz. (Vor einer Zusage zu solch einem Vertrag braucht man ja aber zumindest eine Idee über was genau die Firma vorhat). Als ich aber gefragt habe wie sie unser Problem lösen würden haben sie einfach geschrieben, dass sie mir kein Gutachten geben können... ohne eine Antwort auf meine Frage. Trotz des positiven ersten Eindrucks, eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung Communication seemed good at the beginning, but the guy who came over for the inspection hardly knew his way around. That's why he promised to “get smart” by the next day and to contact me about a solution. The next day I only got the message from the secretary that they can only give me an opinion if I work with them (which is fair) but without a solution. (Before accepting such a contract, you need at least an idea of what exactly the company is up to). But when I asked how they would solve our problem, they simply wrote that they could not give me an opinion ... without an answer to my question. Despite the positive first impression, it was a very disappointing experience
