★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe zum Geburtstag 2 Gutscheine "Genuss am Fluss" inkl Weinbegleitung bekommen.
Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen war es mir nicht möglich die Weinbegleitung zu mir zu nehmen. Was ich bereits beim Schalter am Morgen bekannt gab.
Es enttäuschte mich dann doch sehr, dass es obwohl mir die Dame am Morgen sagte, ich kann dafür etwas anderes bekommen ,ich mein Getränk selbst bezahlen musste.
Die Fahrt ansich war ganz nett.
Jedoch war uns die große Rundfahrt eindeutig zu lang. Am Tisch hinter uns ein äußerst betrunkener Gast, sodass man sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr verstand.
Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker.Jedoch waren die Portionen auf einen Kindergeburtstag ausgelegt.
Alles in allem war es nett, jedoch bin ich froh es geschenkt bekommen zu haben , hätte ich es selbst bezahlt, wäre ich enttäuscht gewesen.

For health reasons, it was not possible for me to take the wine accompaniment to me. What I already announced at the counter in the morning.
It disappointed me a lot then that although the lady told me in the morning, I can get something else for it, I had to pay my own drink.
The ride was really nice.
However, the big tour was clearly too long for us. At the table behind us a very drunk guest, so that one did not understand his own word.
The food was very delicious. However, the portions were designed for a kids birthday.
All in all, it was nice, but I'm glad to have received it as a gift, had I paid it myself, I would have been disappointed.

In Krems vor Ort die Tickets abgeholt wollte die Dame vom NÖ-Card Rabatt nichts wissen. Etwas nachdrücklicher danach gefragt - siehe da, kein Problem.
Pünktliche Abfahrt, schöne Schiffe, freundliches Personal - ein Unternehmen, das versteht, wie Tourismus funktioniert!

Picking up the tickets on site in Krems, the lady didn't want to know anything about the NÖ-Card discount. Asked a little more emphatically - lo and behold, no problem.
