Es kommt zum Abbruch der Bankomat Zahlung, es wird neu begonnen... Die Schlange länger... Unglaublich mühsam 6 people wait, instead of the customer in front of me who had already twice asked to help with the ATM payment, will continue to crawl at a snail's cigarettes, while the colleague deals with the lottery device. M	Mani M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich tanke 2 mal in der Woche über so um de 120 Liter Diesel und da es momentan witterungsbeständig das Wetter schlecht ist muss ich bei meinem LKW auch Scheiben und lichter Anlage waschen. Als ich danach bezahlen ging sagte die Dame bei der Kasse mit unhöflichen Ton Sie wissen hoffentlich das man nur die Scheiben damit waschen darf da ich ein netter Mensch bin fragte ich wo ich das Wasser wechseln kann, die Dame sagte nur in der Garage, aber nicht wo genau da die Dame mir nichts genaueres gesagt hatte bin ich dann wieder gefahren und die nächste Sache einen gratis Kaffee hab ich auch keinen bekommen wo anders bekommt man einen wenn man über 100 Liter tankt. Ich werde da sicher nicht mehr tanken. I refuel around twice a week with around 120 liters of diesel and since the weather is currently bad weather I have to wash windows and lights in my truck. When I went to pay afterwards the lady at the cash register said with a rude tone. Hopefully you know that you can only wash the windows with it because I am a nice person I asked where I could change the water, the lady only said in the garage but not Where exactly the lady had told me nothing more then I drove again and the next thing I didn't get a free coffee either. Where else can you get one if you fill up with more than 100 liters. I will certainly not refuel there anymore.
B	Bernhard Rupert Woeginger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanke seit Jahren bei dieser Tankstelle und habe heute leider meine Maske vergessen und der Dame an der Kasse dies mitgeteilt... Sie reagierte extrem unfreundlich "dann fahrens zu einer Tankstelle wo keine maskenpflicht ist aber da werden sie keine finden"... Es wurde mir weder eine Lösung angeboten noch eine Maske, im Gegenteil, die Dame hat noch irgendwas gemurmelt was garantiert nicht kundenfreundlich war. Nein danke! For years I have been filling up at this gas station and today I unfortunately forgot my mask and told the lady at the checkout this ... She reacted extremely unfriendly "then drive to a gas station where there is no mask requirement but you won't find any" ... It was Neither offered me a solution nor a mask, on the contrary, the lady mumbled something that was guaranteed not to be customer-friendly. No thanks!

N	Nadine Holzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich komme öfters auf diese Tankstelle, und heute war zum ersten Mal eine Dame da, die ich nicht kannte. Sie war sehr sehr nett und sehr höflich und hat sich 2mal bei mir "entschuldigt" da sie den Preis für ein Weckerl nicht gefunden hat. Sie meinte dass sie eigentlich von einer anderen Tankstelle komme und es hier (in Leobersdorf) ein wenig anders sei, und dass sie nur eine Aushilfe daweil wäre. Trotzallem hat sie den Preis dann gefunden und sich nochmal entschuldigt! Also echt eine sehr freundliche und höfliche Dame! Also Arbeiter sind echt TOP und sehr freundlich! Ich bin ZUFRIEDEN ? Well, I come to this gas station quite often, and today was the first time a lady I didn't know was there. She was very, very nice and very polite and "apologized" to me twice because she couldn't find the price for a roll. She said that she actually came from another gas station and that it was a little different here (in Leobersdorf), and that she was only a temporary help. In spite of everything, she found the price and apologized again! So really a very friendly and polite lady! So workers are really great and very friendly! I am SATISFIED ?
D	Dzenana Mesic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter meine Kinder hatten keine Maske ?anstatt uns eine anzubieten oder eine zu verkaufen wurde uns gesagt Raus....so was freches hab ich in meinem Leben nicht erlebt soviel dazu Kundenfreundlichkeit. Bin selber Führungskraft in einem großen Unternehmen solche unfreundliche Mitarbeiter wären bei mir nicht willkommen. Dafür hat die JET Tankstelle ⛽ihren Umsatz gemacht und das heute zu Tage ....wo die Wirtschaft eh leider und jedes Unternehmen ums Überleben kämpft Very unfriendly staff, my children didn't have a mask ? instead of offering us one or selling one, we were told Get out .... I've never experienced anything cheeky in my life so much customer-friendliness. I am a manager in a large company myself. I would not welcome such unfriendly employees. That’s why the JET gas station made its turnover and that today ... where the economy and every company is unfortunately fighting for survival anyway
