★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit über 20 Jahren Kunde bei der Tankstelle und der Waschanlage, doch heute hat diese meinen Heckscheibenwischer zerstört, die Chefin meint das sei Material Ermüdung und eine Soll Bruchstelle. Wäre sicher nicht begeistert wenn das bei ihren alten Autos passieren würde die sie verkauft. Ein neuer Scheibenwischer würde 15 € kosten. Sie haben soeben einen Kunden mit 2 Fahrzeugen zum Tanken und Waschen verloren!
I have been a customer at the petrol station and the car wash for over 20 years, but today it destroyed my rear window wiper, the boss says that this is material fatigue and a predetermined breaking point. Wouldn't be thrilled if that would happen to the old cars they sell. A new wiper would cost € 15. You have just lost a customer with 2 vehicles for refueling and washing!
