★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wurde aus "meiner" Tankstelle, bei der ich seit über 20 Jahren - fast ausschliesslich - tanke und immer freundlichst und zuvorkommend bedient wurde, eine Selbstbedienungstankstelle.
Angeblich auf Anordnung von "oben". Ich habe natürlich bp kontaktiert, worauf mir geantwortet wurde, dass man bedient wird, wenn man es wünscht. Dies hab ich allerdings bereits mehrmals versucht (durch Hupzeichen), und es ist mir nur einmal gelungen bedient zu werden. Schade um diese Tankstelle.
Selbstbedienen kann ich mich nämlich überall! - Nämlich auch dort, wo's billiger ist. Sie sollten Ihr Konzept überdenken! Es gäbe nämlich noch Kunden, die Bedienungstankstellen schätzen.

Allegedly on the order of "above". Of course, I contacted bp, to which I was replied that you would be served if you so wished. However, I have already tried this several times (by honking the horn) and only managed to be served once. It's a shame about this gas station.
I can serve myself anywhere! - Namely also where it's cheaper. You should rethink your concept! There are still customers who appreciate service filling stations.
