d	dani koll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine Unverschämtheit so mit Kunden umzugehen, nur weil diese Tankstelle sich an der Grenze befindet, bzw. an der Autobahn, heisst nicht, dass der Kunde sowieso was kauft, weil er sonst keine Wahl hat!!! Doch, ich habe eine Wahl und die heisst, Ihre Firma grundsätzlich in Zukunft zu meiden! So was für unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, das habe ich selten gesehen. Nicht mal die Begrüßung stimmt... Abgesehen davon, habe ich nur gefragt, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt den Brei für meine 11 Monaten alte Tochter etwas aufzuwärmen, wir waren schon seit Stunden unterwegs. Diese Frau, die da gestanden ist, hat mich direkt abserviert, ein kurzes und knallhartes „ NEIN“ kam raus. Nicht mal die Mühe hat sie sich gemacht. Ich stand da, wie der letzte Depp mit dem Baby und mit dem Brei in der Hand... Das hat sie überhaupt nicht beeindruckt. Ich glaube es Ihnen nicht, dass in dieser Tankstelle kein ein bisschen heißes Wasser da ist. Wenn das so wäre, gehört dieser Laden aus hygienischen Gründen geschlossen!!! Oder man trennt sich rechtzeitig von solchen Mitarbeiter. It is outrageous to deal with customers that way, just because this gas station is at the border or on the motorway, does not mean that the customer is buying something anyway, because otherwise he has no choice! Yes, I have a choice and that is to avoid your company in the future! I have seldom seen such unfriendly employees. Not even the greeting is right ... Apart from that, I only asked if there was a way to warm up the porridge for my 11 month old daughter, we had been on the road for hours. This woman who stood there dumped me straight away, a short and tough "NO" came out. She didn't even bother. I stood there like the last fool with the baby and the porridge in my hand ... That didn't impress her at all. I don't believe you that there isn't a bit of hot water in this gas station. If that were the case, this shop should be closed for hygienic reasons! Or you can part with such employees in good time.
