★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tankkarte von DKV wurde nicht akzeptiert, obwohl es ausdrücklich auf der großen Preissäule angepriesen wird. Auch auf meinen Rat hin, daß man den Hinweis "DKV Karte" durchstreichen soll, um weiteren Ärger zu vermeiden, wurde nicht reagiert. Ignoranz von Kundenkritik führt zu 1-em Stern!
DKV fuel card was not accepted, although it is explicitly advertised on the large price column. Also on my advice that the note "DKV card" should be crossed out in order to avoid further trouble, there was no reaction. Ignorance of customer criticism leads to 1-em star!
