Frühstück und gute Laune der Gastgeberin geben Kraft für den Tag. Pool und Sauna sind abends der krönende Abschluss Very family and personally run house. Quiet yet outstanding location between lift to the center. Breakfast and good mood of the hostess give strength for the day. Pool and sauna are the crowning glory in the evening
J	Jeana Tao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ •Das ist eigentlich kein Hotel und entspricht auf KEINEM Fall dem Erlebnis eines 4 Stern Hotels! •Es ist ein vom Inhaber bewohnten Haus wo eine Etage als „Hotel“ verwendet wird. Es gibt insgesamt nur 5-6 Zimmer. •Unfair und Geldabzokend: Es wird nicht über Zusatzkosten informiert und erst am Ende der Reise kommt böse Überraschung •Die Inhaberin macht Stress und somit die Urlaubsstimmung kaputt: Schon am ersten Tag während unser Frühstücks großes Stress wegen einer leichten Verschiebung des Sofabetts im Zimmer •Anschließend eine Anschuldigung für ein Flecken auf dem Teppich das nicht von uns verursacht worden ist (bin mir 100% sicher. Es war unter dem Sofabett), plus einer Bedrohung der Zahlung chemischer Reinigung. •Während Frühstück wird auch oft von der Inhaberin „gelehrt“, z.B. welches Schinkenstück zu nehmen, wo das Mameladenbrot gehalten werden soll. Alles SEHR unangenehm! •Das Frühstück hat minimale Auswahl. Das Zeitfenster ist auch sehr klein und erlaubt keine Entspannung im Urlaub: Es wird 8:00-8:30 gestartet und schon gegen 9:00 werden fast alles wieder weggeräumt. •Sehr sehr schlechtes WiFi •Es gibt überhaupt keine Rezeption •Es darf nur Bar bezahlt werden. Die Inhaberin hat verweigert, die Zahlung durch Kreditkarte abzuwickeln. -> Ich kenne kein andere 4 Stern Hotel, das nur Bar-Zahlung akzeptiert •Gäste haben keinen Zugang zum Garten •Im Hallenbad schweben viele tote Fliegen. • This is actually not a hotel and in no way corresponds to the experience of a 4 star hotel! • It is a house inhabited by the owner where one floor is used as a "hotel". There are only 5-6 rooms in total. • Unfair and money-wasting: You will not be informed about additional costs and only at the end of the trip will you be surprised • The owner destroys stress and thus the holiday mood: Already on the first day during our breakfast there was great stress due to a slight movement of the sofa bed in the room • Then an accusation of a stain on the carpet that wasn't ours (100% sure, it was under the sofa bed), plus a threat of payment for dry cleaning. • During breakfast, the owner often "teaches", e.g. which piece of ham to take, where to keep the jam bread. Everything is VERY uncomfortable! • Breakfast has minimal choice. The time window is also very small and does not allow relaxation on vacation: It starts 8: 00-8: 30 and almost everything is cleared away again around 9:00. • Very, very bad WiFi • There is no reception at all • You can only pay in cash. The owner refused to process the payment by credit card. -> I don't know of any other 4 star hotel that only accepts cash payments • Guests do not have access to the garden • There are a lot of dead flies floating in the indoor pool.
M	Marcin Ol. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo miło i przyjemnie. Właścicielka bardzo miła, cudowna osoba. Wszystko czysto i zadbane. Są miejsca na narty, ocieplana suszarka do butów, basen, sauna, nawet solarium dla tych co chcą raka skóry ;) Ja osobiście wolę gdy sprzątanie w hotelu jest na życzenie, ale tutaj było codziennie i myślę, że trochę przesada. Ogólnie bardzo polecam hotel, jeden z najlepszych w jakich byłem. Very nice and pleasant. The owner is a very nice, wonderful person. Everything clean and tidy. There are places for skis, insulated shoe dryer, swimming pool, sauna, even a solarium for those who want skin cancer;) I personally prefer when cleaning in the hotel is on request, but it was here everyday and I think a bit overkill. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, one of the best I've stayed at.
I	INGRID KLESSE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alors pas du tout contente plus stresser en rentrant que en arrivant chambre vieillotte par contre très propre mais la propriétaire doit avoir des TOC .plage horaire du petit déjeuner... 7h a 8h... est pas 5mn de tranquillité pour prendre notre petit déjeuner est ne vous fiez pas au photos c'est pas du tout comme il y a sur le site tres tres decu de mon séjour dans cette établissement so not at all happy more stress on returning than on arriving dated room on the other hand very clean but the owner must have OCDs. breakfast time range... 7am to 8am... is not 5 minutes of tranquility to have our breakfast don't be fooled by the photos it's not at all like there is on the site very very disappointed with my stay in this establishment
