d	diana blau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gefüllte 30 Mal habe ich heute bei dieser Botschaft angerufen und kein Mensch hat abgehoben, man hat mich entweder weggedrückt oder man hat das Telefon ausgeschalten. Einmal habe ich jemanden erreicht, der meinte ich soll von 13:00 - 14:00 anrufen erst dann könnte jemand meine Frage beantworten. Ich habe versucht jemanden zu erreichen, natürlich ist wiedermal keiner ran gegangen. Ich verstehe nicht wie man so sein kann, ich habe auch einen Job und hab nicht den ganzen Tag zeit mich mit so einem Blödsinn rumzuschlagen. Für nichts tun würde ich auch gerne bezahlt werden. I called this embassy a full 30 times today and no one answered, either they pushed me away or they switched off the phone. Once I reached someone who said I should call from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and only then could someone answer my question. I tried to reach someone, of course no one answered again. I don't understand how you can be like that, I also have a job and don't have all day to deal with such nonsense. I would also like to be paid for nothing.

Die leute wollen ihre Arbeit nicht machen da drinnen und falls mal die "Dame" Telefon abhebt ist sie einfach nur arrogant und geht null auf Fragen ein. Man bekommt einfach eine automatische Email als Antwort und das wars. Alle anderen Botschaften brauchen maximal 1 Monat für Pass Verlängerung aber hier minimum 9 Monate. Greatest cheek this message. People don't want to do their work in there and if the "lady" picks up the phone, she's just arrogant and doesn't answer any questions. You just get an automatic email in response and that's it. All other embassies need a maximum of 1 month for passport renewal, but here a minimum of 9 months.

Mir wurde sogar das Email beantwortet. I went to the embassy for the first time yesterday. In our case, the lady on the phone and the gentleman in the embassy were very friendly, helpful and competent. I even got an answer to the email.
