Danach wurde die Lieferung meines Hockers um eine weitere Woche verschoben und die des Sessels plötzlich um 3 Monate. Offensichtlich hat der für mich bestimmte Sessel kurzfristig einen anderen Besitzer bekommen. Bei Nachfrage wurde das auch nicht wirklich abgestritten. Ich habe zwar eine kleine Entschädigung bekommen, trotzdem ist das ziemlich ärgerlich. Auch die Kommunikation zwischen Lieferanten und Support hat nicht funktioniert. Terminänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Der Hocker ist zumindest schön, aber ziemlich einsam alleine. The delivery of my stool + armchair has been postponed several times. The first rescheduling of both articles was only a week. After that, the delivery of my stool was postponed by another week and that of the armchair by 3 months. Obviously the chair intended for me got another owner at short notice. When asked, this was not really denied. I did get a small compensation, but it's still quite annoying. The communication between suppliers and support did not work either. Date changes were not passed on. The stool is nice at least, but quite lonely alone.

Versprochen wurde beim Kauf, dass Alles aufgebaut und Verpackungen entsorgt werden. Nichts davon ist passiert, Zusteller hatte nicht einmal irgend eine Ahnung von den Produkten. Tisch kam zerbrochen, Telefonsupport meldet sich wochenlang nicht , wir warten jetzt schon über 2 Monate auf unser Geld. Teure Couch gekauft da wir geglaubt haben die Qualität passt - die einzelnen Couchteile haben unterschiedliche Farbtöne obwohl gleicher Stoff und Farbe. Habe noch nie einen so schlechten Service erlebt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, da wir gedacht haben, wir kaufen hier Qualität bei diesen Preisen. Price performance for furniture unfortunately a disaster. Bought a couch and coffee table. At the time of purchase, a promise was made that everything would be set up and packaging disposed of. None of that happened, the delivery person didn't even have any idea about the products. Table came broken, phone support didn't answer for weeks, we've been waiting for our money for over 2 months now. Bought an expensive couch because we thought the quality was right - the individual couch parts have different shades of color although the fabric and color are the same. Have never experienced such bad service. We are very disappointed as we thought we were buying quality at these prices.

We managed to pick up a beautiful rug from their online outlet selection (it was a rug that was on display in the store, thus heavily discounted), and then went on to practically raid their selection of accessories, vases, etc... In terms of pricing, you're definitely paying Nordic rates for the furniture. It's not cheap. At all. But it is absolutely beautifully crafted furniture. The aforementioned accessories, however, are reasonably priced, meaning you don't have to be rich to shop for pretty decorations at Bolia! Lastly, I wanted to share just how friendly and, yes, caring the nature of my experience with the staff at Bolia was... You see, I rode my road bike to Bolia, and upon stopping in front of their entrance, I simply forgot that my shoes were clipped into my pedals... and I spilled out onto the sidewalk in front of the shop. :) Zackarias, the employee at Bolia last night, ran out to meet me and asked me if I was okay, if he could do anything for me.. even invited me in for coffee or tea. He did all of this without knowing I was there to shop. So yeah... I'm assuming not everyone who stops by at Bolia in Vienna will have a similar experience (at least I hope they don't!), but I was really happy to have an encounter with someone so kind. So again... props to Zackarias and to the beautiful, well-crafted products at Bolia! We'll definitely be returning!
