★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss man mindestens einen Stern vergeben! Das war heute echt der Hammer! Seit Wochen werden wir genervt mit Anrufen, SMS! Der Widerspruch wurde nie bearbeitet. Der Mitarbeiter heute hat aber echt den Vogel abgeschossen! Sehr geehrter Herr Haidrich (oder Heidrich), wir lassen uns nicht am Telefon beleidigen! Wir werden nichts bei Bofrost* bestellen und jetzt auch definitiv in naher und sehr sehr ferner Zukunft auch nicht!
Unfortunately you have to give at least one star! That was really awesome today! For weeks we are annoyed with calls, SMS! The contradiction was never worked. The coworker today but really shot the bird! Dear Mr. Haidrich (or Heidrich), we will not insult you on the phone! We will not order anything at Bofrost * and definitely not in the near and very distant future either!

With the unfriendly employees (on the phone) you don't need to be surprised if you don't get any new customers.
