★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetent, unerträgliche Wartezeiten bei der Abholung. Und am Ende noch betrogen worden, da zum vereinbarten Preis weitere Gebühren und dann erst Mwst. dazugerechnet wurden. Das wurde zuvor mit keiner Silbe erwähnt. Nie wieder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wollte mir 2 Tage verrechnen obwohl ich das Gerät nach 5 Stunden zurück gebracht habe ich habe ca 20 Euro mehr bezahlt als vereinbart er hat Plus 9 €reinigung verrechnet obwohl es auf der Rechnung nicht steht das Gerät war sauber auf jeden Fall nie wieder bei denen ein Gerät ausborgen

Bei der Abholung würde mir bekannt gegeben, dass die Abnützung der Diamant Einsätze seperat in 10el abgerechnet werden und das es 200 - 300 möglicher Weise auch 350 Euro kostet. Umsonst viele Kilometer gefahren - .

Das Gerät ist super und hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Mit der Beratung war ich sehr zufrieden. Der nicht gegebene fünfte Stern ist dem Spritpreis geschuldet, weil 10 Liter Sprit zu teuer sind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu den auf der Homepage angegebenen Preisen kommen noch weitere Gebühren hinzu (Zubehör wie Schlauch für Pumpe wird extra verrechnet - ohne dem brauch ich auch keine Pumpe). Man wird aber erst beim Bezahlen darauf aufmerksam gemacht und mit den Worten "Steht eh auf der Rechnung" abgefertigt. Eine Einschulung auf das Gerät ist nicht erfolgt. Es wurde aber zumindest eine Anleitung ausgedruckt. Kundenservice braucht man dort nicht erwarten.

Beim Abholen alles perfekt. Sehr nette Betreuung - sofort geholfen beim Aufladen!
Ganz anders beim Retournieren: Anderer Verkäufer, der auf die Bitte beim Herunterladen vom Anhänger zu helfen (das Ding hat ja nur 80 kg) mit "wenn's sein muss" reagiert (es waren keine anderen Kunden anwesend). Auch ein Auszahlen der Kaution mit separater Bezahlung war nicht möglich; die Kaution musste gegenverrechnet werden?
Kundenservice stelle ich mir anders vor!
