Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, über die Reservierungsbestätigungen, der Hilfe beim Einladen bis zur Rückgabe war das genau in jener Qualität und mit jenem Service durchgeführt, die ich mir als Kunde wünsche.
Das vermittelte Gerät war top, die Geräteauswahl vor Ort hat recht ordentlich ausgesehen, einfach eine gute Vorauswahl. Als Nichtkenner ist man froh, wenn man eine fachkundige Empfehlung und kein unterdimensioniertes Gerät bekommt. Und das hat alles wirklich bestens funktioniert. Was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist: freundliche Gesprächsführung, engagiertes Team.
Ich kann nur sagen, weiter so, der Maschinenverleih Regau hat eine Stammkundschaft dazugewonnen.
