Ich habe selten derart fachkundige und engagierte Trainer erlebt, da passt einfach vieles zusammen... Für mich persönlich war v.a. zwei Dinge beeindruckend: Erstens, mit wie vielen Details sich die beiden in der Kursgestaltung von BodyWave beschäftigen: vom Aufwärmen, über je nach Kursschwerpunkt passende Übungen, bis hin zu sich entwickelnden Progressionsmodellen im Wochen- und Monatsverlauf... man merkt das hat alles Hand und Fuß und folgt allen Regeln der "trainingswissenschaftlichen Kunst". Zweitens, bei all der Gewissenhaftigkeit im Hintergrund bleiben die beiden Menschen, die v.a. durch Lockerheit, Humor und Flexibilität punkten - zwei Menschen, mit denen man sich einfach gerne umgibt :) All das spiegelt sich im Konzept von BodyWave und allen Kursen wider, darum funktioniert es auch so gut. Daniel Geißler As a sports scientist and personal trainer, I am also a specialist and a big fan of Mario and Edward. I have rarely seen such competent and committed trainers, there is a lot that goes together ... For me personally, two things are impressive: firstly, how many details the two deal with in the course design of BodyWave: from warming up, through exercises that fit the course focus, to developing progression models in the course of the week and month ... you can tell that everything has a hand and foot and follows all the rules of "training science art". Second, with all the conscientiousness in the background, the two people, who score with looseness, humor and flexibility - two people you just love to surround yourself with :) All of this is reflected in the concept of BodyWave and all courses, that's why it works so well. Die Zumba Party war erstklasdig; vom feinsten. :-) Super versatile fitness and dance offer! There is something for everyone. Very friendly and competent team. I like to come back again and again! The Zumba party was first class; at its finest. :-)

Für jedermann egal wie alt etwas dabei. Probiert es unbedingt aus ansonsten versäumt man den äusserst tollen Vortänzer. Sehr zu empfehlen.....sofort anmelden..... I really like it. I am no longer the youngest at 77, but I am doing wonderfully with the fitness program. Something for everyone no matter how old. Try it out otherwise you will miss the extremely great previous dancer. Highly recommended ..... register now .....

Wunderbare Halle, noch nie dagewesene Darbietungen...einfach traumhaft und super für die eigene Fitness und Gesundheit. Fühle mich sehr wohl seither und ich kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Einfach spitze und einzigartig und sicherlich für jeden etwas dabei. Toll dass man auch für die mitgebrachten Kinder gleich Aufsicht und sinnvolle Beschäftigung bietet. Unbedingt ausprobieren.......den Profi zu sehen lohnt sich allemal .... eine Augenweide..... An extremely extensive and professional program. Wonderful hall, unprecedented performances ... just fantastic and great for your own fitness and health. I feel very comfortable since and I can only recommend it to everyone. Simply great and unique and certainly something for everyone. It's great that you also offer supervision and meaningful employment for the children you bring with you. Definitely try ....... It is always worth seeing the professional ... a feast for the eyes .....

Da fällt es einem ganz leicht, zum Sport zu gehen. A trainer who motivates and carries you away with his positive manner and always in a good mood! What more could you want ? !!! It is very easy to go to sports.
